Position Summary
We are looking for a talented B2B marketing professional to join our team as Marketing Manager at Kew REACH. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and Director of Business Development to drive strategic marketing initiatives, manage content creation, and oversee communication channels to build brand awareness and generate leads.
You will shape our marketing strategy in a fast-paced, start-up environment, ensuring we stay results-focused and deliver impact quickly. You’ll also be part of a culture defined by high standards, low egos, and a shared mission to restore ecosystems and combat biodiversity loss.
Experience in digital and performance marketing is essential, with a track record of using data and analytics to improve campaign effectiveness and customer acquisition. Ideally, you will have worked in a related sector targeting clients such as multilateral organisations, developers, landowners, and environmental consultancies, with a clear understanding of how to engage these stakeholders through tailored content and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing
- Define and identify key B2B customer segments for targeted marketing efforts
- Conduct thorough market research to understand the behaviours, needs, and preferences of target customers
- Implement the 4P marketing strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) to optimise marketing efforts and enhance brand positioning
Content-Driven Marketing
- Leverage HubSpot to build targeted customer lists and automate content-driven campaigns
- Create engaging, high-quality content that aligns with the brand's voice and supports overall marketing goals, including blog posts, white papers, and social media content
- Oversee lead nurturing through relevant, compelling content that moves prospects through the buyer’s journey, building trust and driving conversions
Owning and Maintaining Communication Channels
- Take ownership of communication channels, including email, social media, website, and blog, ensuring consistent messaging that aligns with the consultancy’s mission
- Monitor performance and engagement on all channels, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve reach and impact, using HubSpot analytics for insights

Experience Sought
- BA in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Demonstrable B2B marketing experience, with a proven track record of delivering strategic campaigns to drive lead generation and client acquisition
- Ideally, experience working in or marketing to sectors such as environmental consultancies, multilateral organisations or programmes at the intersection of government, NGOs, and the private sector
- Proven experience in digital and performance marketing, using analytics platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) to optimise outcomes
- Experience targeting and acquiring clients such as multilateral organisations, developers, landowners, and corporate sustainability teams
- Strong understanding of market research, customer segmentation, and the 4P marketing framework
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to marketing strategy
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A strong understanding of, or the ability to quickly acquire knowledge in, environmental sustainability and habitat restoration
