Digital Marketing Specialist
Source Certain is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our brand and digital marketing activities.
The Company
Source Certain is a science and technology company that has been applying forensic science to global supply chains since 2015. Using proprietary technology, we verify the true origin of products and materials across seafood, forestry, agricultural commodities, precious metals, and luxury goods.
For nearly a decade, Source Certain has been trusted by leading retailers, governments, law enforcement agencies, and NGOs to deliver certainty in global supply chains — supporting the verification of sustainability claims, detecting fraud, and dismantling illicit trade routes.
Role Overview
Sitting within the Corporate Communications department and reporting to the General Manager of Corporate Communications, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the Source Certain brand and digital marketing efforts across international markets. The role involves the development, execution and reporting on organic and paid digital marketing initiatives and the creation of digital assets and content that will support these marketing efforts engaging a broad range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute on the company’s digital marketing strategy using:
- Paid social media marketing (LinkedIn Ads)
- Organic social media posting and engagement (LinkedIn)
- Organic search marketing and retargeting campaign (Google and PMAX)
- Review and report on analytics, key metrics, and industry trends.
- Ongoing development of engaging content for the website and company LinkedIn page. This includes including copywriting, photography, video/animation and graphic creation in Canva.
- Monitoring online digital marketing trends, LinkedIn activity and engagement.
- Planning and delivery of webinars alongside Company subject matter experts.
- Planning and distribution of the quarterly company newsletter.
Experience Sought
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (i.e. communications/marketing/digital marketing/advertising).
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a B2B marketing position.
- Proven experience using HubSpot as an integrated part of marketing strategy, including CRM management, campaign execution and performance tracking.
- Understanding of how to implement complex digital marketing strategies.
- Talent for generating ideas and transforming concepts into persuasive content.
- Savvy and appropriate use of AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline marketing workflows, enhance content creation, and improve campaign performance.
- Experienced in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and WordPress
- Proficiency in Canva for the creation of well designed, on-brand content and coordinating external creative partners for additional content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong eye for design
- Basic skills in Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop for minor photo editing.
- Proven ability to simultaneously manage a number of projects and activities in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
